We'll first understand what you've already got and what the new platform needs to achieve. From there, we can plan the architecture and rebuild progressively, including the integrations, data and deployment work needed to move from old to new.

Titan isn't a recruitment service, so you aren't hiring individual remote developers through us.

Instead, you work with My Digital Hero as your technical partner. We take responsibility for allocating the right expertise to the work, giving you access to the team without making you responsible for assembling or managing it yourself.

Discovery happens within your 16 allocated development days. On a large project, that could include requirements gathering, reviewing existing technology, technical planning and architecture.

There's no separate setup fee or mandatory discovery sprint sitting outside your monthly cost.

Even with 16 guaranteed development days, some features and technical milestones will take longer than a month. That's especially true of complex applications, platform rebuilds and projects involving multiple systems.

What we can guarantee is the development capacity. We'll use it to work towards agreed priorities, with realistic planning and regular communication about progress. If a feature needs additional development or testing, we'll tell you rather than rush it out simply to meet an arbitrary deadline.

Yes. Our technical lead personally signs off on capacity, and we cap the amount of development time we sell at what the team can genuinely deliver.

In short, your 16 days are 100% reserved for you.

Subject to availability, we can offer extra capacity at the cost of £875 (plus VAT) per day. This must always be agreed in advance.

Unused days don't roll over.

Titan works best when there's a substantial pipeline of development work ready to move forward. So, we'll use your monthly planning conversations to establish priorities and make good use of the capacity you've reserved.

Of course, it's a different story if we can't deliver the days we agreed on for any reason. In that case, we'll reallocate your time, carry it forward or credit it for later use.

Titan has a 12-month minimum term. After that, it moves onto a rolling contract with a two-month notice period.

You can stick with Titan or step down to another tier as needed. If all agreed project work is done, this can happen during your minimum contract term.

Once you've paid in full, you own the bespoke elements we've created for your project, including custom code, designs and other original work.

That doesn't extend to third-party or open-source components, which remain governed by their existing licences. We also retain ownership of our generic, reusable tooling, but this contains no proprietary or identifiable information belonging to your business.

You'll have one main point of contact rather than chasing different developers for different answers.

We'll also have a monthly planning conversation to agree priorities and keep the work moving. Behind that contact sits the wider team responsible for actually delivering it.
